Returns & Refunds Policy


Postage and packaging to any address on the UK mainland costs £3.95 (includes VAT), while delivery for UK offshore is £8.00 (includes VAT). 

Please allow 3 working days for delivery. Orders will be shipped by secure courier service and your delivery will need to be signed for during office hours at the address specified.


If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must safely return the items you do not wish to keep immediately. Always remember to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from your post office when returning goods. Please contact us for the return address.


We are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available.


All offers are subject to stock availability. We’ll notify you of any price changes (for instance due to a change of VAT) before or when the goods are sent to you, either by a correction list or on a dispatch note. By shopping with us you also agree that we may occasionally send you details of any special promotions and prices.
